We offer a full range of residential construction services, ranging from land subdivision, multi unit construction, duplex construction, bespoke luxury homes, through to Passive House Construction and new apartment developments.
Recent projects include an 18 unit apartment development in Queanbeyan, luxury house extension in Roseville, Architecturally Designed Passive House in Burradoo, 14 and 18 unit apartment development in Wollongong, luxury duplex in Cronulla.
environmental & HAZMAT
We offer environmental and HAZMAT remediation services, either as a stand alone project or as part of a larger construction project. We have successfully completed numerous highly complex remediation projects involving bonded and friable asbestos remediation, soil remediation, lead encapsulation and lead abatement.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Our diverse skill set along with our geographical coverage allows us to undertake unique, sensitive and at times highly specialised works. We offer our clients bespoke project delivery packages that may require works in high security environments (SCEC), data centres, gun stores, remote areas or highly complex work environments.
HERITAGE RESTORATION
Over the past 12 years we have undertaken numerous high profile and significant heritage restoration projects. These projects are often carried out under the watchful supervision of some of NSW leading Heritage Architectural firms.
Recent heritage restoration projects include, Cronulla Train Station, Strickland House Vaucluse, Newtown Tram Shed, Mount Victoria Signal Box, Mittagong Train Station, Goulburn Refreshment Room, Mortuary Station, Berry Train Station.

Van Mal Group Construction offers flexible procurement methods. Variable options include tendered lump sum or a negotiated lump sum payment, through to construction management or design and construct.
Lump Sum Fixed Price
Do you already have detailed drawings and specifications for your construction project? Van Mal Group Construction can issue a lump sum or fixed price quote for the project using the Group's trusted subcontractors.
Construction Management
You may have your own designers and contractors that you wish to engage. Van Mal Group Construction can provide the management service you need during the building process.
Design and Construct
Van Mal Group Construction can provide a comprehensive design with full architectural and services engineering documentation to suit your specific building requirements. They will take care of every aspect of the project including inception, design, documentation, site-establishment, construction and fit-out all the way through to final handover.
